The nearest garage required a walk, making unloading luggage tough. The reception staff, while okay, didn’t seem overly friendly or engaging. Breakfast options felt limited, and the service could be faster. The room could benefit from more clear instructions for the phone and complimentary water. Overall, my stay had highlights but also room for improvement.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our large family! The spacious room allowed my 5 teenagers and 2 children to have their own space, and the location made exploring the lovely Hamburg Port super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
